Archived Llangarron Parish Council Minutes

A Meeting of Llangarron Parish Council was held on Tuesday, 1st September, 2009 at Llangarron Village Hall at 8.00 p.m. with Mr. G.E. Lane in the Chair.

Present

Present at the Meeting were Councillors Bailey, Brewer, Chamberlain, Harris, G.E. Lane, Morehead, Phillips, Pridgeon and Reynolds.  There were 2 members of the public present.

Apologies of Absence

Apologies of absence were received from Councillors Cooper and F.J. Lane. 

Public Participation

J. Robinson - Thatch Close Planning Application.

Declaration of Interest

P.J. Bailey - made a Personal Declaration in respect of Planning Application Number SE0009/1736/F.

G.E. Lane made a Personal Declaration in respect of Planning Application Number SE0009/1594/F.

Planning Applications

SE0009/1594/F - Rebuilding existing outbuildings to provide guest bedroom at Cross Dunn, Llangarron, Ross on Wye, Hfds. for Mr. and Mrs. A. Bainbridge.  The Parish Council have no objections to this Planning Application.

SE0009/1736/F - Proposed conversion of redundant farm building to form three holiday let units. Amendments to original planning permissions SH86/0355/PF and SH88/0286/PF at Thatch Close, Llangrove, Ross on Wye, Hfds. for Mr. E. Drzymalski. On the Planning Application submitted re amendments to the original Planning Applications, we have no objections. However, the Council is concerned with regard to the Design and Access Statement (Page 3, headed Access), and we strongly disagree with this statement and consider it to be misleading and incorrect.

There being no further business, the Meeting was closed by the Chairman at 8.45 p.m.
