Minutes of Llangarron Parish Council

A Meeting of Llangarron Parish Council was held on Tuesday, 23rd March, 2010 at Llangrove Village Hall immediately following the Annual Parish Meeting at 8.30 p.m. with Mr. G.E. Lane in the Chair.

Present Present at the Meeting were Councillors Bailey, Brewer, Chamberlain, Cooper, G.E. Lane, Morehead, Phillips and Pridgeon.    Also present was Hfds. Ward Councillor Mrs. J. Hyde and 4 members of the public.

Apologies of Absence Apologies of absence were received from Councillors Harris, F.J. Lane and Reynolds.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

T. Hancox – Grove Farm, Planning Application.
P. Field – Grove Farm Planning Application.

Declaration of Interest 

P.J. Bailey, L. Phillips and T. Pridgeon – Planning Applications SE/100075/F and SE100076/L in respect of Grove Farm, Llangrove, Ross on Wye, Hfds.

Planning Applications

SE/100075/F and SE/100076/L – Conversion of 3 no. Existing barns into dwellings at The Grove, Llangrove, Hfds. for Mr. J. Pearson.  The Parish Council do not support this Planning Application for the following reasons:-
(1) The proposed new access road is totally unacceptable because of access from the existing road system.
(2) We would reference you to UDP DR3.5, UDP DR4.1 and UDP 4S2.
 

There being no further business, the Meeting was closed by the Chairman at 9.00 p.m.

The date of the next Meeting to be Tuesday, 30th March, 2010 at 8.00 p.m. at Llangrove Village Hall.
